At Scentco Fundraising, we love celebrating schools that turn fundraising into a fun and meaningful experience. Wilson Elementary in San Bernardino, California, is one such school that's made a big impact using our popular scented products.
"We appreciate Scentco Fundraising so much!" says Mrs. Gray, School Counselor and ASB Advisor.
Each Friday, Wilson’s ASB leadership students set up a Smencil booth during lunch. They help fellow students with their purchases while building real-world communication and customer service skills.
"Each year my ASB students set up a booth on Fridays during lunch and practice their communication and customer service skills," says Mrs. Gray. "We use the profit earned for end-of-year activities like a 5th grade dance and promotion ceremonies."
Beyond Smencils, the school also ran an Order-Taker Fundraiser (Featured Fundraiser) campaign as an additional way to raise more money for the school. "They were very popular with our school community. We made a huge profit and much more than we expected," she adds. "I look forward to continuing our partnership with Scentco and having many more successful fundraisers for our students!"
