HOW IT WORKS

  1. Order samples.
  2. Request for Order-Taker Flyers.
  3. Showcase the samples to students and send the flyers home.
  4. Promote your fundraiser: by sending e-mail blasts with detailed order instructions by your school, publish content on your school's or PTO/PTA's social account pages with fundraiser reminders and countdowns to create excitement and urgency.
  5. Digitally share or print out copies of Tootimals and/or Smillows posters to display around the school for visual presentation.
  6. Determine and schedule your fundraiser dates. Run your sale. Collect the flyers and payments at the end of the sale.
  7. Count up how many items are sold.
  8. Send us the completed Master Order Form (provided by us).
  9. We'll invoice you and ship your order once payment is received.
