Shipping FAQs

How much is shipping?

Shipping is Free on fundraising full case orders within the 48 contiguous states.

If you are purchasing a smaller item such as a bucket of Smencils, shipping is based on FedEx’s real time rates. They factor in your destination, shipping method, and weight of your package.

Note: Shipping is charged to Alaska and Hawaii on all orders.

Do you ship outside the 48 contiguous states?

No. We only ship our products to U.S. addresses within the 48 contiguous States, excluding APO/FPO mailing address.

What payment methods do you accept?

Pre-Pay Method: We accept these major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay online using PayPal. You can mail a check with your order form as well.

30 Day Terms: We accept purchase orders for case quantity orders. We do not accept purchase orders for any orders of less than a case; these must be prepaid with a check or credit card.

A credit card can be put on file as security with the agreement a check will be mailed within 30 days of ship date.

I’m placing an order on net 30 day terms, why do I need to fill out the credit authorization form also?

For security purposes we require people ordering on net 30 terms to fill out this additional form. It states that if your invoice is not paid via check or credit card by the due date then we have authorization to charge the credit card placed on file. Furthermore, in the event of non-payment, the form gives us the authority to exercise our legal rights provided by the courts.

Can I return fundraising group orders? (cases)

You can return any un-opened buckets/carriers within 60 days of delivery for refund.

The return delivery costs are the responsibility of the returner. Seasonal products are not eligible for return.

Can I return consumer purchases?

If you receive any product with a material defect you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund.

Can I return Mix-a-Case products?

No, all sales are final.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing is 1 – 3 business days depending on time of year and shipping time is an additional 1 – 5 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Please enter the origin zip (our zip 92071) as well as specify whether the shipment will be residential or not to generate and determine transit times.

Can I ship to multiple addresses on one order?

Not at this time. Please place one order per shipping address.

Fundraising FAQs

Can I purchase just one scent or specific scents?

Only Birthday and Smart Smencils come with one scent all of our other products come to us assorted so we are unable to sell specific scents.

Can I mix the products to make a case?

Yes, we do offer mix-a-case products. Download the Mix-a-Case order form or shop online to do a Mix-a-Case order.

I am purchasing through my school; does this mean it will be tax exempt?

We are required to charge sales tax if the order is being shipped to schools within California (the same State that we are in).

If you are ordering through a school outside of California (and having the order shipped outside of CA), then we do not charge sales tax.

How much product should we anticipate selling for our fundraiser?

It depends. As a rule of thumb, we recommend starting off with 1 bucket/carrier of product per person selling. Because our products are non-perishable… and returnable to us, you are free to order as much product as you think your group might sell.

If you over order, we will take back any un-opened product within 60 days of delivery. Seasonal products are not eligible for return. If you under order, just let us know and we will send you more.

What if someone is unhappy with their order?

We stand behind our products 100% and are committed to sending your supporters top-quality products. If they receive a product that does not meet their expectations, please ask them to contact us immediately at 1-866-763-6245 and we will be happy to discuss replacement or refund.

We accept returns within 60 days of the ship date from our facility. A RA ( Return Authorization) code is required to accept returns. Please contact us to receive an RA code
