Refund policy

Returned merchandise must be pre-authorized by Scentco, Inc. Customer Service and will be reviewed based on product performance or decoration quality only. Returns are accepted for unopened items only. Opened items are not eligible for a refund. Documentation of the intent to return must be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of delivery and the product must be received within 90 calendar days of receipt of delivery.

Merchandise returned due to a Scentco, Inc. error or defective product will be replaced at no charge. No replacement product or credit will be issued for merchandise that is unavailable for return. Seasonal products cannot be returned.
