Graduation season is an exciting time, but it also comes with a lot to plan. From caps and gowns to decorations and keepsakes, the costs can quickly add up. And with not every family able to take on extra expenses, fundraising can make all the difference.
The good news? Fundraising doesn’t have to be complicated. Here are four fun, creative ideas to help you raise funds while getting everyone excited for the big day.
1. Graduation Gift Bundles
Make gifting easy with ready-to-go study break kits that graduates will actually use and love.
Bundle together favorites like Smelly Gellies, Graphite Smencils, and other fun stationery or notebooks to create a thoughtful and practical gift.
These bundles are perfect for last-minute shoppers and help increase your overall fundraising totals with higher-value packages.
2. Spring Scent Sale
Celebrate new beginnings with a “Fresh Start” themed fundraiser inspired by the season.
Feature spring-themed Smencils, Fruit Smens, and even seed packets to symbolize planting new roots after graduation.
This theme ties perfectly into both graduation and the season, making it an easy and meaningful sell.
3. Candy-Inspired Fundraiser Table
Create a bright, eye-catching setup that draws people in.
Pair sweet treats with fun products like Candy Counter Smencils or Sweet Rewards Smencils, and offer a scented item with each purchase.
This type of fundraiser is perfect for events, where families and guests are already in a celebratory mood and ready to indulge.
4. Class of 2026 Keepsake Packs
Give graduates something they can take with them as they start their next chapter.
Combine items like Sporty Backpack Buddies, Yummy Gummy Backpack Buddies, and even a framed photo of the graduating class to create a memorable keepsake bundle.
It’s a meaningful way to celebrate their journey while supporting your fundraising goals.
Make Graduation Even More Memorable
With the right fundraising approach, you can create excitement, boost participation, and help make graduation celebrations even more special without adding extra stress.
